About Us

Robb Harrison is the Founder of Vitalized Future, a health and fitness resource, and and a fellow gym addict. He is currently studying for an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.

So, what is Vitalized Future

Vitalized Future is the #1 resource for learning how exercise, nutrition, and supplementation can improve your physical and mental health.

It is my duty to dive deep into the latest sports science research to help you decide which exercises, workouts, meal plans, and supplements are best for you.

My promise to you is to provide you with evidence-based research in an easy-to-digest format so you can learn more about health and fitness without having a sports science degree.

What makes us different?

3 words.

Expertise. Authenticity. Trust.

These 3 words mean so much to me as a fitness media brand owner, and I’ll now explain why.

Expertise

Without blowing my own trumpet, I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over a decade, so I know what I’m talking about.

I’ve tried pretty much every diet plan you can think of to see what works and what doesn’t.

I’ve spent a fortune on supplements to know what’s important and what’s, to be frank, a waste of money.

And you can bet that I’ve done any popular workout plan at some point in my life.

The 80/20 rule is true – 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts – and I’m here to tell you which 20% to focus on.

I am currently studying for a Level 3 Qualification in Personal Training.

Authenticity

If you look around, you’ll find 100s of generic health and fitness blogs that regurgitate (*cough* copy) the same information.

They do this to generate clicks and maximize revenue.

We’re different in that we create content that no one else has answered.

So, you can bet that any information on this site has been thoroughly researched through numerous sources, including medical studies and research papers, rather than copy and pasted from other blogs.

Trust

Unfortunately, the health and fitness blogging world is filled with scam artists.

People, for whatever reason, are afraid to show who they actually are, so they’ll create fake personas using sites like thispersondoesnotexist.com to give their so-called “fact-checkers” an actual face.

(I strongly suggest you go on that website – it soon becomes clear who the frauds are in this space.)

The truth is, these blogs are run by people who have no skin in the game, and use these fake personas to convince Google that they’re an expert in the space. When in reality, they no nothing about health and fitness.

They’re lying to you to generate more clicks. How sad.

These sites also push out review content on products they don’t even use.

You can spot these as they’re filled with stock photos from the retailer’s site and void of any suggestion that the reviewer – a real person – even uses the products they endorse.

How is it possible to review fitness-focused products, if you don’t even use the product you’re reviewing?

Pushing cheap content to make a quick buck is not how I roll at Vitalized Future, and I promise that any product I review – I’ll actually use, and provide real photos for proof.

Everyone is a friend here at Vitalized Future and I’m here to help you with whatever questions you have regarding health and fitness.
