In one study, the subjects took either 300mg of Brahmi or a placebo each day for 12 weeks.

According to the results, the Brahmi group had significantly improved memory, learning rate, and speed of visual information processing compared to the placebo group.

In another study, 60 elderly people took 300mg of Brahmi, 600mg of Brahmi, or a placebo each day for 12 weeks.

According to the results, the Brahmi groups had significantly improved memory and attention compared to the placebo group.

Interestingly, some people have reported that Brahmi helps them feel focused after a few hours. But since this is anecdotally, it’s best to give it a try for at least 12 weeks before expecting any noticeable differences.

In test tube studies, Brahmi has been shown to inhibit the release of TNF-alpha and IL-6.

These are both pro-inflammatory cytokines, which are molecules that induce an inflammatory response from the immune system.

Based off the above study, you can expect Brahmi to help reduce inflammation after taking it for 3 months.

But to be clear, the above study is just a test tube study and so 3 months is just an educated guess from the researchers.

In my opinion, more human research is needed before we can make accurate estimations on how long Brahmi takes to reduce inflammation.

Brahmi is an epic supplement that offers so many benefits.

But depending on what you’re taking it for, you might need to take Brahmi for less or more time than you originally expected.
