So, I spent the last few weeks exploring FouseyTube’s weight loss journey, including the methods he used and the results he achieved.

FouseyTube’s weight loss transformation started in September 2021 after he gained a ton of weight from binge eating and indulging in substances.

His transformation began by making significant changes to his lifestyle, such as:

  • Becoming celibate.
  • Quitting alcohol, nicotine, and weed.
  • Reducing his screen time from 20 hours per day to 4 hours per day.
  • Intermittent fasting between 8pm and 2pm the following day.
  • Going to sleep before midnight and waking up before 8am.

Interestingly, he gives more credit to these lifestyle changes for his transformation than to what he ate and his workout routine.

These changes helped him lose 33 lbs in just 50 days.

What Diet Does FouseyTube Follow?

FouseyTube follows a diet plan that’s focused on removing processed foods and replacing them with healthier options.

He used to be an avid eater of junk food like donuts and would eat out of boredom. But he now focuses on healthy foods like lean meats and vegetables that help him look and feel great.

Besides eating a clean diet, one of the key components of FouseyTube’s transformation was being in a calorie deficit.

This means that you burn more calories than you consume over the course of the day, which ultimately results in weight loss.

To achieve a calorie deficit, you can either consume less calories or burn more calories than baseline.

FouseyTube did both which is why his weight loss was so sudden and impressive. To lose 33 lbs in 50 days would require a huge calorie deficit.

It’s also worth pointing out that FouseyTube would consume a lot of calories through alcohol, but he is now sober from all substances which was another important factor in his transformation.

While FouseyTube’s full workout plan hasn’t been revealed, he’s known to be a keen runner and is believed to run up to 10 miles every day.

And in April 2022, he completed the Dole Great Race Half Marathon in an impressive 2 hours and 5 minutes.

FouseyTube has admitted that he often skips leg day because he believes that building bulky legs would be detrimental to his running.

In fact, he typically sticks to low weight, high volume workouts to help build up his muscular endurance and so that he’s in top condition for his running.

Whatever his workout routine exactly looks like, he’s obviously committed to staying fit and healthy and has continued doing so until today.

FouseyTube pursued his weight loss journey with admirable commitment and dedication.

He revealed that he made many lifestyle changes, such as becoming sober from all substances, detoxing from social media, and fasting for most of the day.

These habits contributed to FouseyTube’s weight loss of 33 lbs, taking him from 220 lbs to 187 lbs in as little as 50 days.

He continued losing weight and revealed that he weighed 173 lbs in March 2022 – 6 months after his transformation started.

FouseyTube’s determination and results were incredibly inspiring for others who are trying to improve both their mental and physical wellbeing.
