Is Max Euceda Natty? (Does He Take Steroids?)

It seems the best way to start rumors is to become a famous fitness influencer.

In this case, I’m talking about the Max Euceda steroid rumours that have been circulating online.

While anabolic steroid use is widespread in the bodybuilding and fitness industry, I find that making such claims without any substantial research is unfair to the guy.

So, I spent a few weeks researching his YouTube and social media accounts to see if there’s any truth to these rumours.

Does Max Euceda Take Steroids?

There’s no conclusive evidence to suggest that Max Euceda currently takes steroids.

He was recently called out by Greg Doucette who claims that he’s not natural, however, Max responded to this video by saying that he is indeed natty and he’s never taken PEDs or SARMS.

Having analyzed Max’s physique in-depth, I’ve found many features which support his natural claims, but a certain feature which may suggest steroid use.

Let’s take a look at these in more detail.

Reasons Which May Suggest Max Euceda Is Natty

Proportional Shoulders

Oversized shoulders are one of the most common signs of steroid use. The deltoids and traps in the upper back have a large number of androgen receptors.

As a result, you often see shoulders and traps that are out-of-proportion, and Max’s shoulders appear to be proportional to the rest of his body.

No Sign of Hair Loss

One of the most common problems with PEDs is that they may increase facial hair while decreasing head hair. Many steroid users hide this with a tightly cut hairstyle.

Looking through Max’s Instagram, it’s clear to see that his head hair is still well intact and there’s no signs of baldness/hair loss, which may imply that he’s natty.

Natural Shaped Pectorals

Ironically, PEDs which boost testosterone and growth hormone have also been linked to men developing enlarged breast tissue.

It’s important to point out that enlarged breast tissue and ripped pecs aren’t the same thing – here, we’re talking about soft breast tissue in the form of fat.

While Max has large pecs, there’s no evidence that he suffers from gyno or enlarged breast tissue.

Minimal Vascularity

Popping veins are a solid indicator of how much muscle and how little fat you have.

But certain types of steroids will produce those vascular veins even if you’re not working out.

Looking at Max’s Instagram profile, you can see that he only has veins popping through his forearms and biceps, which is common among natty bodybuilders.

Reasonable Body Fat Levels

One of the easiest ways to catch out a fake natty is to see how their body fat levels change when they bulk.

No matter how gifted your genetics are and how much you train, bulking up whilst maintaining a sub 10% body fat is nearly impossible.

The fact that Max reaches 18% body fat after a bulk suggests that he doesn’t take steroids.

He would be much leaner if he did.

Lack of HGH Gut

Many bodybuilders take human growth hormone (HGH) as part of their steroid cycle.

One of the side effects of this is that organs can swell up, and that pushes out the so-called HGH gut.

Looking at recent photos of Max, it appears that he doesn’t suffer from HGH gut which suggests that he doesn’t take HGH.

Reasons People Believe Max Euceda Takes Steroids

Evidence of Acne

In developing teenagers, acne is often caused by fluctuating hormones, like testosterone. And the same thing can happen to people who take anabolic steroids.

With steroid use, the skin change is quite sudden and noticeable and not easily hidden, especially if you’re a well-known fitness influencer who’s on camera a lot of the time.

It looks like Max Euceda suffers from facial acne, which could imply steroid use.

That being said, acne is a common skin disorder and most people who have acne don’t use steroids.

Is It Possible To Bulk Up Like Max Euceda Naturally?

In my opinion, it’s possible to achieve a physique like Max Euceda naturally.

While it will take a lot of time, patience, and persistence, it’s certainly achievable.

It’s clear that Max eats a clean diet and trains consistently, so with the help of natural supplements and some good genetics, there’s no reason why he couldn’t have achieved his physique without steroid use.

Conclusion

In summary:

  • Max Euceda claims to be natty and said that he’s never taken steroids, PEDs or SARMS.
  • Having analyzed his physique in depth, I believe that he is indeed natty.

That’s all for Max Euceda, but is Kristen Nun natty? Or does Dana Linn Bailey take steroids?

I used to believe he was natty and I think he was until recently. But now he is saying he is 185lbs and wants to hit 200lbs. Now I don't know anyone with his naturally slim build that can hut 200lbs and still look lean naturally. You would need assistance for that. If he's chubby at 200lbs then I'll take it back
